Anne-Laure Penvenne is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the full lifecycle of property development, management, and sales. During her tenure at a prominent family-office style development firm based in New York City, she was integral to the company’s growth from its core mission of restoring historic NYC brownstones to a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential projects across New York, Asbury Park, NJ, and Austin, TX.

As a Project Manager on the development team, she had hands-on leadership over acquisitions, financing, insurance, architectural design, and construction management. She also gained in-house property management experience, giving her a 360-degree understanding of assets from concept to operation.

In 2023, she founded ALP Realty & Design and joined Barbara George’s brokerage. She now works as a licensed NYC real estate agent and interior designer, helping clients with home buying, renovations, and design projects. Her mission is to combine institutional-level expertise with a personalized client experience.
