Barbara George, founder and namesake of our company began as an independent designer. In 1982 she was recruited by The Rouse Co. to help lease and manage two NY and NJ Shopping Centers. After assisting in the successful opening of the South Street Seaport in Manhattan, Barbara returned to her hometown of Goshen where she co-founded E.V. Development Corporation with a vision to restore Good Time Park as a vital asset to the community.

Barbara George – Licensed New York Real Estate Broker, founder and namesake of our company began as an independent designer. In 1982, she was recruited by The Rouse Co. to help lease and manage two NY and NJ Shopping Centers.

Barbara is currently serving as the Director of Development for Goshen Development LLC. featuring Fiddler’s Green at Good Time Park.
